What if my credit card got charged, but I failed to get Plus membership?

  • This should not happen. In case it happens, please contact our support team by clicking “Feedback” on the menu, then providing the further details such as name, email, phone, invoice, but don’t include sensitive info such as credit card, home address.

What happens if my payment fails?

  • We don’t charge until the payment process succeeds. You can try again.

How do I cancel my subscription?

What is the refund policy?

  • Our refund policies vary based on subscription type, regional laws, and account status. Please note we can't process secondary refund requests after a first one has been granted.
  • EU, UK, or Turkey customers: You are eligible for a refund if you cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions. Please specify that you are applying for a refund from the EU, UK, or Turkey in your request.
  • All other customers:
    • Monthly subscriptions: You can request a refund within 24 hours after the purchase.
    • Annual subscriptions: You can request a refund within 72 hours after the purchase.
  • Refund requests may be denied if our systems detect substantial usage of the service prior to the refund request. This includes using a significant portion of your subscription's features or allowances.

To request a refund within the eligible period, please provide the following information. Once we receive these details, we will process your full refund within 7 business days. Please note that there are no exceptions for requests after this period.
